About

An automation agency for companies of 5 to 200 people

ESOPRO LTD designs and builds automations for small and medium-sized businesses that have neither an in-house IT department nor the time to run a twelve-month transformation programme. Our work is to remove manual tasks from your team's day, one at a time, on short timescales and with results you can verify.

Where we sit

Neither a software vendor nor a strategy consultancy

Two approaches dominate the automation market. The first is to sell a piece of software and ask the business to bend its working methods to fit the tool. The second is to produce a strategic study — often a sound one — whose implementation is left entirely to the client.

We occupy the ground in between: we analyse, we cost, then we put things into production. The same team runs the audit and carries out the build, which prevents information being lost between analysis and execution, and obliges us to recommend only what we know how to deliver.

We work mainly with accountancy firms, estate agencies, construction companies, brokers and veterinary practices: businesses whose activity runs on case files, documents to collect and deadlines to meet.

How we work

Four rules we hold ourselves to

01

We start from the work, not the technology

An engagement always begins by observing the real work: who enters what, at what point, using which tool, and how many times a week. Solutions come afterwards. Technology that does not reduce an identified burden has no reason to be deployed.

02

We cost it before committing

Every automation we propose comes with an estimate of the time it saves and the cost of building it. Where the ratio between the two is unfavourable, we say so and drop the item.

03

We connect to what exists

Replacing line-of-business software is a heavy, expensive project and rarely a necessary one. We design automations that connect to the tools already in place and respect how your staff are used to working.

04

We deliver self-sufficiency

Every engagement includes documentation of what was delivered and training for the people concerned. You must be able to understand it, use it, and if you wish, hand it to someone else.

Our limits

What we do not do

Stating our limits up front avoids expensive misunderstandings and lets you know exactly what you are buying.

  • We do not replace your line-of-business software

Migrating a small business from one system to another is a project in its own right, long and risky. If your software is the real problem, we will say so plainly, but we will not take on that job.

  • We do not bill by the hour

Our engagements are fixed-price, set in the quotation. You therefore never have to weigh up asking a question against keeping control of your budget.

  • We take no commission from software vendors

We resell no software and receive nothing from the vendors whose tools we connect. Our recommendations depend only on the time they save you.

  • We do not replace your staff

Automation removes tasks, not people. The systems we deliver are designed to be supervised by your team, who stay in control and can take over at any point.

Confidentiality

Our commitments on your data

An automation engagement requires access to sensitive information: client files, accounting data, internal correspondence. That access is governed.

A confidentiality agreement before any access

A confidentiality agreement is signed before every engagement begins, including for an audit alone. It covers all information we are given access to, with no time limit.

Only what is strictly necessary

We ask only for the access the engagement requires, for the duration of the engagement. Where real data is not essential to testing, we work on anonymised test sets.

No reuse, no model training

Your data is not sold, not shared with third parties outside the engagement, and not used to train an artificial intelligence model. Any processing that relies on a third-party service is identified and agreed with you beforehand.

Access revoked when the engagement ends

When the engagement closes, the access granted to us is revoked and working copies are deleted. The documentation delivered remains your property.

Details of how data collected through this site is handled are set out in our privacy policy.

Let us talk about your situation

A first 30-minute conversation is enough to establish whether automation is justified in your business, and what to start with.
