Four formats cover most of what a small business needs: understanding where the time goes, automating a first process, dealing with the whole subject in one go, then keeping the system running over time. All amounts exclude VAT.

Fixed fee, payable in a single instalment on order.

The audit is the recommended starting point. We spend two weeks understanding how your business actually works: who does what, with which tools, how often, and at what cost in time. The deliverable is not a statement of intent but an operational, costed document that you remain free to act on with us or without us.

Automation implementation

Duration: 3 to 4 weeks

The exact amount is set in the quotation, based on the number of tools to connect and the volume of cases to handle.

We take one specific process — chasing quotes, handling incoming enquiries, preparing a case file — and make it automatic. The automation is delivered into production, connected to the tools you already use, documented, and handed over to the people who use it every day.

Augmented SME Pack

€5,000 excl. VAT

Duration: 6 to 8 weeks

Single fixed fee, 50% on order and 50% on delivery.

The most complete format, and the most economical where several processes are involved. It combines the audit, the delivery of the two most profitable items identified, and a half-day of training designed to make your staff self-sufficient in the daily use of what is delivered.

Maintenance and enhancements

from €200 excl. VAT/month

Duration: Monthly

No minimum term; cancellable at any time with 30 days' notice.

An automation lives alongside the business: tools change, rules change, new cases appear. Maintenance covers monitoring, correction of faults, and an agreed monthly allowance for enhancements.

Payment

Payment terms

They are the same for every engagement and are set out in full in our terms and conditions of sale.

50% on order

The deposit is invoiced when the quotation is signed. Work starts once payment is received.

50% on delivery

The balance is invoiced after acceptance, that is, once the work has been delivered and checked with you.

Bank transfer or card

Payment is made by bank transfer or by card. No other method is accepted.

One invoice per instalment

Each instalment is covered by a proper invoice, payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

No work begins before the quotation is signed and the deposit is paid. Any widening of scope during the engagement is covered by a costed variation, subject to your written approval.

In the event of late payment, interest is charged on the terms set out in clause 4 of our terms and conditions of sale.
