We automate the work that drains your company's time

Manual data entry, forgotten follow-ups, incoming enquiries piling up: this work occupies your staff without producing anything. We identify it, we automate it, and we train your team to run it.

Your current tools stay
We connect what you already have rather than replacing it.

The situation

Three situations we find in almost every small business

They are not a sign of poor organisation or lack of rigour. They are simply tasks that nobody should have had to do by hand.

Manual data entry ties up your staff

Invoices retyped into the accounting software, quotes copied out of emails, client details duplicated across three separate tools. This work creates no value, accounts for most of the errors, and occupies people you hired to do something else.

Follow-ups get forgotten

A quote unanswered for three weeks, an overdue invoice nobody chased, a file stalled for want of one missing document. Without systematic tracking, these oversights translate directly into lost revenue and strained cash flow.

Incoming enquiries go unhandled

Forms, emails and calls arrive faster than they can be qualified. Enquiries accumulate, the urgent ones get lost among the rest, and an enquiry answered two days later is usually an enquiry lost.

What these three situations have in common: all of them can be automated using the tools your company already runs.

The method

How it works

Four stages, firm timescales, and the option to stop after any one of them.

  1. 01

    A 30-minute call

A first call to understand your business, your tools and the tasks costing you the most time. No obligation and no sales pitch. At the end of that call we tell you plainly whether we can be useful.

  2. 02

    The audit

Two weeks to map your processes, interview the people involved and identify 5 to 10 tasks that can be automated. You receive a costed roadmap, prioritised by the time each item actually saves.

  3. 03

    Implementation

Three to four weeks per use case. We build, connect your existing tools, test against real cases, then go live and train the team concerned.

  4. 04

    Ongoing support

One month of support is included after every go-live. Beyond that, monthly maintenance is optional: it covers monitoring and lets the system evolve at the pace of your business.

Examples

What an automation project actually looks like

Three concrete situations, among the most common. They give a sense of what changes in a team's working day once the system is in place.

Accountancy firm

Collecting monthly paperwork

Today

A member of staff chases late clients one by one, by email or by phone, and keeps track in a spreadsheet. The workload lands during closing periods, at the worst possible moment.

Once automated

Reminders go out on their own based on how long a document has been outstanding, the tracker updates itself, and staff step in only on genuinely stuck cases.

Estate agency

Handling incoming enquiries

Today

Enquiries arrive through the website, by email and by phone. They are retyped by hand into the client database, and how well they are qualified depends on who happens to open them.

Once automated

Every enquiry is logged, qualified against rules agreed with you, then routed to the right person. The prospect receives an immediate acknowledgement.

Construction company

Chasing overdue invoices

Today

Unpaid invoices are tracked by hand from the invoicing tool, usually only once cash flow starts to tighten.

Once automated

Due dates are monitored continuously, reminders go out on fixed dates with the invoice attached, and management receives a weekly statement of outstanding amounts.

These examples describe typical projects, intended to give a concrete sense of what can be automated. They are not measured results from a named client.

Sectors

The trades we know

We work with businesses whose activity runs on case files, deadlines and documents to collect. That is where automation produces the clearest gains.

Accountancy firms
Collecting documents from clients, automatically chasing late responders, filing and pre-entry of incoming paperwork.
Estate agencies
Qualifying incoming enquiries, assembling tenant files, keeping listings and the client database in step.
Construction companies
Preparing quotes from measurements, tracking site progress, chasing interim payment applications and overdue invoices.
Brokers
Assembling and checking case files, flagging missing documents, tracking deadlines and keeping clients informed automatically.
Veterinary practices
Appointment booking, vaccination and treatment reminders, formatting consultation notes, follow-up reminders.

Your sector is not on this list? The method is the same. The initial 30-minute call is enough to establish quickly whether we can be useful to you.

Not a business?

We train individuals too

From a half-day introduction to a six-month programme: artificial intelligence and everyday computing, in small groups or one to one, for people who have never been taught. Prices include VAT, from €120 a session to €5,000 for the full programme.

Frequently asked questions

What business owners ask us before starting

How long does a project take?

The audit takes two weeks. Implementing one automation takes three to four weeks from the point the scope is agreed. The Augmented SME Pack, which combines the audit and two automations, runs over six to eight weeks. These timescales are firm: they appear on the quotation and we are held to them.

What happens to our data?

It stays yours. We access only what the engagement requires, under a confidentiality agreement signed before we start. No client data is used for any other purpose, sold on, or used to train a model. At the end of the engagement, access is revoked and working copies are deleted.

Which tools do you use?

We start from the ones you already have: your line-of-business software, email, invoicing tool, spreadsheets, CRM. The automation connects to them rather than replacing them. Where an additional component is needed, we favour standard, documented products from the market that you can take over, or hand to a third party.

We have no technical team. Is that a problem?

No — that is the case for most of our clients. We work with your operational staff, not with IT specialists. The engagement includes go-live, documentation and training for the people concerned. No technical skills are required on your side to use what we deliver.

How does payment work?

Engagements are paid 50% on order and 50% on delivery, by bank transfer or card. Each instalment is invoiced, payable within 30 days of the invoice date. The amounts quoted exclude VAT and are firm: they do not change during the engagement unless the scope is altered by a signed variation.

Are we tied in for the long term?

No. The audit, the implementation and the Augmented SME Pack are one-off engagements with no obligation to continue. Monthly maintenance is optional and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. You keep the documentation for everything delivered.
